Hello everyone!
My name is Michael Riggin. I have never really used the internet for anything much more than research so this is my first blog, but upon taking courses here at Full Sail, my eyes have been opened to the networking and marketing opportunities that various blogs and websites provide. I am learning a lot of valuable skills and have many ideas about where i would like my education here at full sail to take me. I have come to realize that it is time to put my plans and ideas to action. This realization is the theme and inspiration of my blog. I have discovered many career options in the industry, and I am continuing to further my research about my career interests and actions that I may need to take in order to pursue them. I would most like to work for a leading broadcasting company, so I am currently looking into internships. I am also in the process of co-launching a production company entitled Choice Productions. The purpose of my blog is to communicate my ideas and future plans about this course and the music industry to fellow students as well as anyone who is interested in or is currently pursuing a career in the music industry. Any ideas, comments, or suggestions would be appreciated.
